Paysphere Payroll and HR, a human resources and payroll services company, came in second place on the 2016 small company list of Best Places to Work. This year, they’re taking the cake.

Paysphere’s staff works hard, but they play just as hard. In order to maintain the fun-focused culture, Paysphere founder and CEO, Matt Umholtz holds regular happy hours and team-building events. He even invites the 12-person team to his house every year for a crawfish boil.
